Here at Thai Jantra we are the only Thai restaurant to use carefully sourced Local ingredients, including local grass fed Aberdeen Angus, locally produced organic dairy and eggs, outdoor readied Yorkshire Saddleback pork and a completely organic wine list. We absolutely will not use any pre made frozen products or intensively made produce in any of our food. We believe passionately in the food we produce and the atmosphere we create and hope you share in our enthusiasm. The Story of Thai Jantra Thai Jantra is based in an old coaching house in the beautiful village of Boston Spa, tastefully redeveloped in a contemporary classic style, with eastern influences .A joint venture between both Thai and English food enthusiasts.
