A warm welcome awaits you in the Lavender Rooms where you can relax and enjoy a break in an atmosphere full of Olde Worlde Charm.
Here you can select from an amazing range of speciality teas from around the world, many of them organic. Choose from a variety of delicious coffees or soft drinks and our excellent homemade cakes and scones.
You'll find us in the historic market town of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, above The Oldest Chemist Shop in England. Upstairs, where Mrs Lawrence, wife of one of the Chemists, used to bottle her Famous Lavender Water, has now been converted into tea rooms and restaurant appropriately called The Lavender Rooms.
On warmer days you can sit outside in the market square (except Wednesday which is market day) and watch the world go by as you enjoy your freshly brewed tea or coffee.
