A very warm welcome to The Grange situated in the village of Grangemoor near Wakefield. Our beautiful building was originally a dated working men’s club and has since being rebuilt to create a stunning pub, restaurant and function room for all occasions. We have a large private car park which is available for our customers and also wheelchair access and disabled facilities.
At The Grange we serve traditional home cooked, locally sourced food which is all prepared and cooked by our chef Jackie. Being child friendly we even have a menu just for the kids (the menu was even designed by one of our smaller customers!!!) We also offer vegetarian options and gluten free dishes. To compliment your food or if you just want to relax with a pint in a warm and friendly atmosphere, we have all the usual bottled drinks and draughts on offer including a monthly rotating guest ale. In summer when the British sunshine decides to make an appearance, you can relax on our balcony which overlooks the bowling green and has some stunning views. For the colder days in winter, why not bag a spot next t the open fire, perfect for walkers and ramblers after a strenuous day.

If you’re looking for the perfect venue to host your special occasion, look no further than The Grange. Our private function room has its own bar, toilets and balcony which means that you and your guests can enjoy your evening without being interrupted.
The function room can accommodate 70 sit down diners or 100 guests for buffet parties and still leave plenty of room for everybody to bust a few moves on the dance floor.
The room is available for weddings, birthdays, Christenings, funerals, anniversaries and any other occasion that you may wish to celebrate.
We can also cater for conferences and corporate events and have a large projector screen available for presentations.
